How to apply
Complete the application form below and then send by separate email
a) images of your display or products, and
b) a copy of your public liability insurance and Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate if appropriate.
Fields marked with * are mandatory. You do not need to send images of your products if you have provided a website or social media link where your products can be viewed. Wait to hear from us. If your application is unsuccessful, we will tell you why.

Priority will be given to traders booking for both days of the market. If you are only available to attend on one of the two days of the market, please select your dates here.
Shared stalls involve two traders in one 3mx3m gazebo, with one full table per trader, trading from two sides of the gazebo.
£120 for both days or £65 per single day
£40 per day
Please provide detail of the products you will be selling at your stall (eg. paintings, ceramics, sculptures, etc)
- Please give the lowest price product, the highest price product and the average price product of what you will be selling on your stall.
Please note we do not offer power at the Arts Market as we are not able to supply all traders. However, we do have a power source with limited supply available at a rate of £10pd, subject to limitations. Please enquire if you require this.

Please email a scanned copy of your public liability insurance to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not currently have PL insurance, you may still book your stall but you will be required to acquire it, and provide proof of it, prior to the event. All traders must hold their own PL Insurance.
