Each winner will receive a FREE place on the Digital High Street Skills programme Module 1: Understand your Customer and Digital Marketing, including workbooks and downloadable business tools.

The module covers the important basics of marketing right through to online channels and will: • Help the winners understand the importance of knowing your customer and their lifetime value • Give the winners the tools to develop a clear digital strategy which will build customer loyalty • Help the winners understand different digital marketing channels and how to use them successfully

By the end of the session the winners will be able to articulate what their marketing and digital strategies are, develop a marketing plan and understand how to benefit from a marketing planner.

The prize is for one place (out of 30 available). The training session will take place in one or two locations (Birmingham, Maple Cross, Manchester and Sheffield).  The training location will be confirmed after the competition closes and will depend on availability and the location of the selected winners. Winners must be willing to travel to the stated locations and will need to cover their own travel costs to and from the training venue.
