Peldon Rose select Alzheimer’s Society as charity partner

Leading office design and build company, Peldon Rose, has announced their charity partnership with Alzheimer’s Society.

The Wimbledon BID business, just on Worple Road, previously raised over £20,000 for MS Society which they selected because of their founder Andrew Yates who sadly passed away from MS in 2014.

This year the company have set out to raise over £20,000 for Alzheimer’s Society who are the leading UK care and research charity to support people with Alzheimer’s and other dementias, as well as their families and carers.

Alzheimer’s Society are the leading source of information on all aspects of dementia and their campaigning has been the catalyst behind improved government support and public awareness. Alzheimer’s Society is the pioneering champion behind the research for the cause, cure, cause and prevention of dementia. Alzheimer’s Society’s vision is of a radically improved world for people with dementia.

Jitesh Patel, CEO of Peldon Rose, says; “Alzheimer’s Society is a charity close to the hearts of several people at Peldon Rose and so we are delighted that staff selected this charity. We have already formed a Charity Committee and they are busy planning a range of fundraising initiatives, including some during Dementia Awareness Week (17-23 May). The funds we raise will go towards their services for people with dementia, their families and carers and contribute to the pioneering research. We’re proud to support the incredible work they do and look forward to working with them.”
