A free event hosted by Sustainable Merton: How local volunteers, Merton Council and Imperial College London are monitoring air quality.

Guest Speakers
Dr. Kayla Schulte is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Environmental Research Group with a background in environmental social theory, participatory research, and social data science. Her research broadly explores how knowledge about local air quality is co-produced in society.
Kayla is PI for a Defra-funded air quality project in Barking and Dagenham and leads the facilitation of the Community Programme dimension of the Breathe London project.
Jason Andrews, oversees a portfolio of AQ projects within the Regulatory Services Partnership serving 3 London Boroughs, with a special interest in innovative, practical and multi-agency approaches to deliver real change. He has been an Environmental Health Practitioner for 28 years, specialising in pollution.”
Davide Pascarella is an Air Quality Lead Officer at the RSP (Regulatory Services Partnership) serving the London Boroughs of Merton, Richmond upon Thames, Wandsworth and has over 15 years of experience in public sector. He has expertise on the Local Air Quality Management, Policies and Regulations. He is Vice Chair of the Institute of Air Quality Management (IAQM) Early Careers Network and also a Committee member of the IAQM.
