Celebrate Pride Month in Wimbledon

Join us in Wimbledon this June as we celebrate Pride Month! Catch a film at your local cinema, enjoy Pride-themed cocktails, and participate in creative writing workshops spanning across theatre, radio, and films, all centred around LGBTQAI+ themes.

Odeon Pride Films

Grab your popcorn for the 10th Anniversary of the film Pride. This film explores a group of gay and lesbian activists who decide to raise money to support the families of the striking miners in 1984. The extraordinary story shows two seemingly alien communities who form a surprising and ultimately triumphant partnership. Book your movie tickets here

Watch the 30th anniversary of Priscilla, Queen of The Desert, a story of two drag performers and a transgender woman who travel across the desert to perform their unique style of cabaret. Book movie tickets here

Drag Bingo with Beverly Monet

Join All Bar One for an evening of laughter, fierce looks, and bingo brilliance with stunning prizes to give away. The event also celebrates Pride Month with a special cocktail, ‘Rain on Me’. With every purchase of this fabulous cocktail, 50p from each sale goes to the amazing LGBTQAI+ charity, Ask for Clive, which helps venues promote inclusion and create welcoming environments for the LGBTQAI+ community. More information for this event here.

Aimed at local queer communities who want to explore storytelling in innovative ways and develop their creative writing skills for stage and screen.
