Spooktacular Halloween Workshops

Get your little ones ready for Halloween with a workshop at the Polka Theatre. Children can come in their favourite fancy dress and create their most Spooky Halloween Character. Wednesday 25th October, 10:00 am-2:00 pm or 2-4pm

The make-up experts are back with a vengeance for a Halloween Makeup Masterclass, this time to show how you can make your very own terror-ific look. With spooky and spectacular designs to demonstrate, monstrous make-up to apply and wicked wigs to try on, come and transform this spooky season! Thursday 26th October, 10:00 am-4:00 pm

Keep Active this Half-Term

Are your junior golfers looking to have fun and learn or improve this half-term? Then sign up for The Golf Groove’s Half-Term Camp, with PGA pro Jake. There are morning classes for ages 7 to 12 and afternoon classes for 12+ and includes lunch or dinner. The Boardroom Climbing now offers Kids Fun Sessions, one-off sessions to give you a taste of bouldering – spaces are limited! If you would like to take climbing further, join the Kids Boulder Club, a six-week national development programme, taking place weekly during term time.

Unlock the Secrets of Sushi

Sushi masterclasses for children return to Sticks’n’Sushi Wimbledon on Saturday 21st October. Classes are suitable for ages 8-12 years of all ability levels with clear and thorough teaching, ensuring all can participate. All children will get squash during the class and leave with a goody bag including a certificate, their bandana, rolling mat, chopsticks, chocolate fish and a Japanese number and phrase sheet. It’s never too early to learn some serious sushi skills!

FREE Family Screenings

Grab your popcorn and switch the lights, Wimbledon Library’s Free Friday Films are back!  Get ready for spooky films that the whole family will love. Sing along to Disney’s Coco, which celebrates the Mexican tradition of Day of The Dead 20th October. Embark on a journey to the mystery Monster House with three teenagers, but they discover a twist in fate 27th October. See more info and booking here.
