Art and Theatre Workshops
Polka Theatre offers a wide range of creative activities and workshops during the school holidays. Whether your child is interested in drama, dance or arts and crafts, there’s a workshop to suit. Highlights this February include Express Yourself – exploring emotions through play, Make Your Own Superhero Puppet – arts and crafts workshop exploring feelings, and Greek Myths Masterclass – creating your very own dramatic character.
Perfect for children up to 12 years old.
Tickets are also still available for the hilarious musical, Who Let the Gods Out, based on the book by bestselling author, Maz Evans. Elliot Hooper needs to save the world…and save his mum. Enter some epic Greek Gods with a few tricks up their togas! Suitable for 8-13 year olds.

Art-K’s holiday workshops for children aged 6-16 are a combination of half day and full day courses. Explore projects working with paper sculpture, clay, design, mixed media, watercolour and acrylics. Every student works on their own individual project – at the end of the session they’ll go home with a finished piece of artwork!

FREE Swimming for kids
Keep your child active this February half-term with free swimming sessions for under-16s at all Better Leisure Centres in Merton. Free swimming is available at Wimbledon Leisure Centre every day during school and public holidays from 9-11am and 1-3pm.

Themed Active Camps
During the school holidays, rain or shine, Little Gym Wimbledon runs camps combining fun, sport, creative activities and learning, to keep your kids active, entertained and laughing. Non-members are welcome to join the camps and trial sessions are available throughout the year.

Family, Film and Fun
Entertain the kids this half-term at ODEON Wimbledon with the most spellbinding fairy tales and animated films. Tickets for adults and kids are £1 each for ODEON Kids screenings. Pass around a giant box of popcorn and let your imaginations run wild. Plus, catch their film merchandise sale: £3.50 for one or two for £5.

Kids Eat FREE
There’s a feast of options for kids to eat free in Wimbledon this half term.
Up to two kids can eat for free at Bill’s with the purchase of one adult main between Monday 16 – Friday 20 February. Buy a footlong sub at Subway between Saturday 14 – Friday 20 February and get a free kids’ 4in mini sub + snack + drink. And get one free kids’ dish per paying adult at Tampopo, for children under 12 years old.
Plus, throughout the year at Franco Manca you can get a free pizza for a child under 12 years old, Mondays to Thursdays with every full-priced adult main purchased.
