Wimbledon Morning Meditation

Find harmony from within – Join a morning meditation! No experience is required.
What to expect?
Each meditation session will start with a short introduction. A variety of seating options (e.g. armchairs, chairs, couches, ground seating, etc.) will be on offer to ensure that everybody can find a suitable level of comfort depending on experience and background. The group size is 12 people max.
The guided meditation (40-45mins in length) will incorporate breath work elements, gentle body scans, sections of silence, as well as guided visualisations. No meditation session is the same as I intuitively try to attune to the people in the room. I frequently also include music with specific frequencies (e.g. 528 Hz or binaural beats) as background element for the meditation.
Some meditations might include chanting, movement, or live sounds. Again, this will be based on the preferences of the attendees on the day.
What to bring?
– Two Cushions (if you have meditation cushions you are welcome to bring these)
