Let us know your REUSE or REDUCE story!
This September Love Wimbledon is highlighting some of the things Wimbledon businesses are doing to reduce their impact on the earth. This is a part of a bigger celebration in the town centre including our first all sustainable market, fashion shows, tours and activities happening 18th-26th September.
We want to know if your business is doing anything to reduce your impact on the environment (and better still saving money) that other businesses or customers would be interested in. So, if you have an engaging story about keeping stuff in circulation, please let us know at info@lovewimbledon.org.
Get in touch if you:
- Are a High Street business offering recycling or repairing services, maybe drop off points so textiles can be reused?
- Have a good story about how your business has kept waste in circulation repurposing items for a new life from making beach bags out of banners to repurposing your business’s uniforms
- Have reduced staff vehicle mileage in your company and if so how?
- Provide outstanding repair services keeping textiles or other items in circulation?
So Wimbledon businesses, let us demonstrate what we do and learn from each other; REUSING and REDUCING to improve our impact on the environment.
