What We Do

Part of the reason for businesses choosing to locate in Wimbledon, and visitors enjoying the town centre, is how attractive the place looks. We all have a responsibility to make the town look good, whether it’s keeping your shop front clean and tidy or volunteering to help with community projects in the town centre – we can all do our bit.

We Will

  • Provide, maintain and improve several flower beds and planters.

  • Run a series of events for visitors over the year.

  • Install a 25ft Christmas tree every year outside the station.

  • Update and maintain 4 flower beds and Hartfield Walk.

  • Pay for the removal of graffiti around town where possible.

What We Have Done

  • Enabled a clean and safe environment.

  • Co-ordinated anti-social and crime management strategies.

  • Hosted markets, big screen tennis and Winter celebrations.

  • Worked with AELTC to enhance the town with banners and baskets.

  • Commissioned murals, including The Wombles and The Birds.

Keeping the Town Clean

We provide regular deep cleans and graffiti removal. Our ranger patrols every day to ensure anti-social activity is dealt with quickly.
