Chief Executive
Craig is involved in everything from the day-to-day operations of Love Wimbledon BID to being at the forefront of strategic endeavours to enhance the recovery, growth and success for the town. He regularly reports to our board on all activity, finance and results, that affect all businesses and visitors to Wimbledon Town Centre.
Craig says “I aim to drive forward a powerful, focused agenda for change to ensure a thriving future for our town and its businesses”.
Strategic Marketing Adviser
Providing direction and advice on marketing, research, communications and placemaking. Sally has led the marketing team overseeing events, digital, comms and brand.
Sally says, “A key component of driving footfall is through strong marketing and improved customer experience – it’s a great town centre and eating out, going out, culture and shopping has never been better here.”
Marketing & Events Manager
Jennifer leads on the marketing campaigns and events for consumers and businesses, working across all marketing channels. She has a knack for building relationships, helping people to feel engaged and inspired about where they live, work and play.
She says: “Wimbledon Town Centre is a vibrant community to live and work. From theatre performances to dining out, family activities and exciting events, there’s no shortage of things to do. I enjoy showcasing all that Wimbledon has to offer.”
BID Assistant
Our database guru and heart of our team, Keith provides crucial information and team support and helps out at our events. His knowledge of our CMS is unrivaled and through this he keeps tabs on all our activity.
Keith says “My role includes helping businesses with any day to day enquiries whilst working across all of our initiatives and events.”
Communications Executive
Anisha leads on our regular communications, managing newsletters, website content and social media channels. She enjoys finding new and innovative ways to communicate with the people of Wimbledon, whether it’s via a business-spun story, or an inspiring post to encourage community spirit.
Anisha says, “The ideas and information that we communicate, help to keep visitors, residents and businesses well-informed of what is happening in Wimbledon.”
Town Centre Ranger
Tom patrols the town centre daily, reporting on various issues to keep the town centre clean, attractive and safe. He liaises with the local businesses on a day to day basis promoting our services and making sure the businesses are looked after as well as supporting our events.
He says, “I pride myself in building relationships with the businesses so that they can speak to me about any topics that are affecting them.”
Piazza Manager
Tracy manages our monthly and Christmas markets and all the events / promotions that take place on The Piazza. She runs our successful Wimbledon Winter Wonderland delivering a day of fun for all the family.
She says, “Managing a variety of events on The Piazza helps to create a buzz in the town centre so that people enjoy visiting Wimbledon.”
BID Administrator
Irina joined Love Wimbledon after almost a decade of working at Wimbledon’s art shop, Fielders. She brings with her an ethos of fun, creativity, and sustainability.
She says, “As an employee in Wimbledon, I witnessed all the wonderful ways in which the BID has improved the town centre and am now happy to be a part of the dedicated crew that makes this happen. My role here includes helping businesses with enquiries and supporting the team with the wide variety of projects that they invent and implement.”
