Craig is involved in everything from the day-to-day operations of Love Wimbledon BID to being at the forefront of strategic endeavours to enhance the recovery, growth and success for the town. He regularly reports to our board on all activity, finance and results, that affect all businesses and visitors to Wimbledon Town Centre.
Craig says “I aim to drive forward a powerful, focused agenda for change to ensure a thriving future for our town and its businesses”.
Strategic Marketing Adviser
Providing direction and advice on marketing, research, communications and placemaking. Sally has led the marketing team overseeing events, digital, comms and brand.
Sally says, “A key component of driving footfall is through strong marketing and improved customer experience – it’s a great town centre and eating out, going out, culture and shopping has never been better here.”
Marketing & Events Manager
Jennifer leads on the marketing campaigns and events for consumers and businesses, working across all marketing channels. She has a knack for building relationships, helping people to feel engaged and inspired about where they live, work and play.
She says: “Wimbledon Town Centre is a vibrant community to live and work. From theatre performances to dining out, family activities and exciting events, there’s no shortage of things to do. Wimbledon has a lot to offer.”
Town Centre Ranger
Tom patrols the town centre daily, reporting on various issues to keep the town centre clean, attractive and safe. He liaises with the local businesses on a day to day basis promoting our services and making sure the businesses are looked after as well as supporting our events.
He says, “I pride myself in building relationships with the businesses so that they can speak to me about any topics that are affecting them.”
Piazza Manager
Tracy manages our monthly, Christmas and Arts markets and all the events / promotions that take place on The Piazza. She runs our successful Wimbledon Winterfest delivering a day of fun for all the family.
She says, “Managing a variety of events on The Piazza helps to create a buzz in the town centre so that people enjoy visiting Wimbledon.”
Digital Marketing & Communications Executive
Jasmin John joined Love Wimbledon as Digital Marketing & Communications Executive. Passionate about video, Jasmin supports Wimbledon Town Centre and our businesses through creating dynamic digital content.
“I aim to capture Wimbledon’s vibrant culture, so that everyone can see the amazing opportunities the town has to offer.”
Business Liaison Executive
Charlie works as a key link between Love Wimbledon and our business community. Aiming to engage with our BID businesses during the day-to-day, helping deliver our business strategy and working for our community to create a greener Wimbledon.

BID Administrator
Kate works across a range of functions, ensuring the smooth operation and daily co-ordination of projects, reports and meetings. She manages our bespoke database and helps with the running of some of our larger events, activations and programmes.
