Market dates

You can use this form to book ahead on as many markets as you wish to attend. There are no guarantees as to whether you will be accepted or how many you may be accepted for. There is a choice between full market dates and single dates.

Full market dates

Please complete this section for full weekend bookings (trading both days of market). If you only require individual days, please go to the next section. Full stalls are inclusive of lighting, gazebo, table and street trading licence. Full markets are charged at £140 for food traders and £130 for non-food traders. Tip: to correct an error, simply deselect and select again.
Full 4 Day Market Option
If you wish to trade all 4 days of any market, select here. Food stalls £250, non-food £230.
2 Day Market Option
If you wish to trade weekday only (Thurs/Friday) OR Weekend Only (Sat/Sunday, select here. Thurs/Fri - Food stalls £120, Non-Food stalls £110 Sat/Sun - Food stalls£140, Non-Food stalls £130

Single trading days

Priority will be given to traders booking for all days of each market. If you are only available to attend on individual days of any market, please select your dates here. Single days will be charged at £80 for food traders, £70 for non-food traders Tip: to correct an error, simply deselect and select again.

Please provide detail of the products or types of products to help us avoid duplicate products among traders. You will not be allowed to sell products that have not been listed when you booked, without prior arrangement.

Will you be using any power on your stall?*

If yes, will you be bringing your own or do you wish to pay additional power fee of £10 per day?

If you opt to pay for additional power, you must state clearly the equipment you will be using and the wattage that equipment consumes (eg. microwave 800w). You will find this information on the appliance label. Any total above 2kw should be avoided.

Street Trading Licence from Merton Council*
After you have been accepted to trade, you will be required to send in further documentation, including Public Liability Insurance of £5m, Photo ID, Recent Photo and completion of a street trading form which will be sent to you. Do you agree to providing these documents on request.
