Please complete this section for full weekend bookings (trading both days of the market). If you only require individual days, please go to the next section. Full market of 2 days is charged at £130 for fresh and hot food stalls, £120 for all others, inclusive of gazebo, table and street trading licence. Priority will be given to traders booking for both days of each market. If you are only available to attend on one of the two days of any market, please select your dates here. Single days will be charged at £65 per day full stall, £70 for fresh and hot food traders. Tip: to correct an error, simply deselect and select again.

Please provide detail of the products or types of products to help us avoid duplicate products among traders. You will not be allowed to sell products that have not been listed when you booked, without prior arrangement.

As the sustainability agenda evolves, we would like to know what actions you take to reduce your impact on the environment. Tell us what sustainability means to you and your business (eg. Do you source local products or ingredients? How sustainable are your products/packaging?).

Please note we do not offer power at the Monthly Markets as we are not able to supply all traders. However, we do have a power source with limited supply available at a rate of £10pd, subject to limitations. Please enquire if you require this.

Please email a scanned copy of your public liability insurance to tracyf@lovewimbledon.org. If you do not currently have PL insurance, you may still book your stall but you will be required to acquire it, and provide proof of it, prior to the event. All traders must hold their own PL Insurance.
