Complete the application form below and then send by separate email
a) images of your display or products, and
b) a copy of your public liability insurance and Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate if appropriate.

Fields marked with * are mandatory. You do not need to send images of your products if you have provided a website or social media link where your products can be viewed. Wait to hear from us. If your application is unsuccessful, we will tell you why.

Trading days 2025

Priority will be given to traders booking for both days of the market. We are offering a limited number of shared stalls. The stall is 3m x 3m. Shared stalls are corner stalls, where each trader has one 3m side for one table. Please read the options below carefully and make sure you select your intended choice.

Full Stall: £130 2 days, £70 single day. Shared Stall £40 per day.

Services

Will you be using any power on your stall?*
Please note we do not offer power as we are not able to supply all traders. However, we do have a power source with limited supply available at a rate of £10pd, subject to limitations. Please enquire if you require this.

Do you hold public liability insurance?*
Please email a scanned copy of your public liability insurance to tracyf@lovewimbledon.org. If you do not currently have PL insurance, you may still book your stall but you will be required to acquire it, and provide proof of it, prior to the event. All traders must hold their own PL Insurance.
