A Wimbledon wellness studio is making its mark both locally and nationally, helping thousands of people improve their physical and mental wellbeing through movement, recovery and community.
Founded by Jenna Armitage, GoodGood Studio was created with a simple belief: that long-term health is built through sustainable movement and meaningful connection rather than short-term fitness trends. Today, GoodGood has welcomed more than 60,000 people through its doors and been featured in publications including GQ, Stylist and Country & Town House.
Located in Worple Mews, the studio offers a broad range of classes and wellbeing experiences, combining yoga, Pilates, strength training, mobility work, breathwork and recovery practices. Infrared heat and red-light technology form part of GoodGood’s approach, alongside programmes designed to support people at different stages of life, from prenatal and postnatal classes to over-60s sessions and rehabilitation-focused movement.
Over the past year, the business has expanded its offering significantly, evolving from a yoga-focused studio into a wider wellness destination. New classes, workshops and special events have helped attract a diverse membership, from busy professionals and parents to older adults and people returning to exercise after injury or illness.
Community remains at the heart of GoodGood. Many members come not only for the physical benefits of movement but also for the sense of belonging and support they find within its classes and events. The studio has also created jobs across teaching, hospitality and studio operations while building partnerships with major brands including Adidas, Lacoste, Blueair, Ross J Barr, Iraye Skincare and Organic Basics.
Jenna Armitage, founder of GoodGood Studio, said:
When we started GoodGood Studio, our goal was never simply to open another fitness business. We wanted to create a space where people could move well, feel supported and build habits that genuinely improve their lives for the long term. Seeing more than 60,000 people come through our doors, hearing the stories of members who have regained confidence, recovered from injury or found a sense of community, and watching Wimbledon embrace what we’re building has been incredibly rewarding. We’re proud to be creating something that is rooted in wellbeing, connection and longevity, right here in our local community.
The studio’s recent success was recognised at the
2026 Merton Best Business Awards, where it was named
Best New Business, sponsored by Love Wimbledon. The award celebrated how GoodGood successfully built momentum, early impact and created a clear vision for the future.
As demand for health and wellbeing experiences continues to grow, GoodGood Studio has positioned itself as a distinctive part of Wimbledon’s business community, bringing together fitness, recovery and social connection under one roof.
